The fifth wall, done properly.
Execution · False Ceiling

The fifth wall, done properly.

POP, gypsum, cove and tray ceilings — treated as an architectural surface, not an afterthought.

Our approach

A well-designed false ceiling does three things at once: it disguises services, sculpts light, and quietly compresses or lifts a room. Get it wrong and it flattens the whole space. We spend real time on drawings before a single grid goes up.

What's included
  • Room-by-room ceiling design
  • POP, gypsum, grid & wooden variants
  • Tray, cove and floating ceilings
  • Cove lighting & downlight planning
  • AC grill, speaker & sensor integration
  • Finishing paint & final punch-list

How we work

A calm, considered process.

01
Ceiling scan

We map beams, ducts and headroom before drawing a single tray.

02
Detailed drawings

Reflected ceiling plan with cove sections and light points.

03
Grid & board

Precision framing, sound insulation where needed, board flush to the millimetre.

04
Finish & light

Two coats of putty, primer, paint. Lights aligned. Ceiling handed over clean.

They handled our home end-to-end — design, wallpapers, ceiling, painting. Every detail felt intentional. It doesn't look 'done up', it looks lived in.
